Join us for an evening of learning and unlearning with Bunker Roy, founder of the Barefoot College.

Badakshan, the first solar-electrified village in Afghanistan.

In 2007, women and men from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Mali, Bolivia, Cameroon, Senegal, Malawi and Ethiopia will be trained by the Barefoot College to become barefoot solar engineers.

The evening reception will begin at 6:30 pm and the film screening will start promptly at 7:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 7:00 pm to ensure seating. Brief remarks by Bunker Roy will follow the screening. Please join us as a Friend of Tilonia.
