A Charter signed by all the Ministers of the Children’s Parliament supervising, administering and managing 150 night schools attended by over 4,000 children was submitted to HRH
All the cabinet Members of the Children's Parliament were present. The Cabinet Ministers are between the ages 11 and 14 years.
HRH reading the Charter submitted by the Prime Minister of the Children’s Parliament to help preserve the traditional water harvesting structures in villages in Rajasthan.

The Charter also hoped HRH will support roof top harvesting is all schools where there is a shortage of sweet drinking water
